The Xihaiwan Scenic Area has two lakes and one river, nine bridges and eighteen holes (Chaoyang Lake, Shatian River, Xihai Lake). The Xihai Bay is full of light and shadow in the night. It is poetic and picturesque. It is like a Chinese painting with suitable shades and mellow. One scene, different scenes move by step". In the evening, board a painting boat to enjoy an audio-visual feast where historical culture and modern culture blend, natural scenery and city night scenes. Along the scenic lake line, you can admire eight bridges: Guai Bridge, Kanhe Bridge, Jianchang Bridge, Xi’an Bridge, Broken Flower Bridge, Shatian Covered Bridge, Xinning Bridge, Bridge in Bridge, each bridge is rich in history culture.
Guanyin Island in the West Sea was originally the Fengchi Mountain in the south of the old town of Wuning. There is the Guanyin Pavilion built in 1203 on Fengchi Mountain. For hundreds of years, the Guanyin Pavilion has flourished, and it has been destroyed by war and has been rebuilt. During the Anti-Japanese War, General Li Liejun built an Anti-Japanese War school in the cabinet. The Zhelin Reservoir was built in the early 1970s, and the old town of Wuning County was submerged together with Guanyin Pavilion, and Fengchi Mountain became Fengchi Island. Nowadays, there is a huge statue of Guanyin on the top of Fengji Island, which stands on a high platform, so Fengji Island was renamed Guanyin Island. To the south of her, is the gentle and beautiful Wuning County, with green hills on its north side, and the gentle slope reveals the unique gentle beauty of the Jiangnan mountain shape. In the northeast of the clear water and green mountains, there is a peninsula called Guanyin Island. On weekdays, standing on Hubin Road or any tall building in the county and looking northeast, you can see the Colossus of Guanyin standing tall among the green pines and cypresses.
Xihaiguanhu Island Scenic Area: The ecology is primitive and simple, the air is fresh and clean, the forests on the mountains are lush, and the lakes are blue. The two mountain ranges of Mufu and Jiuling that stretch on both sides of the West Sea, the peaks and ridges of verdant hills, and the flying springs form two natural barriers. The first impression given: first-class landscape, first-class air! The Xihaiguanhu scenic area covers an area of more than 700 acres, surrounded by water, and the entire island is primitive and simple, with lush forests. The island is paved with a narrow walking passage and a double viewing tower just by the mountain. The twin towers are built on the highest point of the island. The towers are seven stories high and more than 30 meters high, blending modern and ancient architectural styles, that is, majestic and elegant. Climbing up this tower, you can look at the beautiful scenery of the West Sea layer by layer. What is amazing is that you will have different feelings from different angles and heights when you are in the tower. Impulse and desire. Climbing to the top of the tower and looking into the distance, the western waters of Mount Lushan are as azure as jade, the smoke waves are vast, and the surrounding islands are densely covered with flowers, making people truly appreciate the magnificent sight of blue waves and thousands of islands falling down.
The large-scale real-life water show "Meet Wuning": It is a major initiative of the county party committee and county government to enrich the tourism industry, create global tourism, and build the Lushan Xihai base camp. It is undertaken by Wuning County Yijian Culture Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the County Tourism Industry Company. The entire performing arts project invested 50 million yuan, focusing on landscape performances, based on water stunts, with 120 actors, 45 minutes of performing arts, a total theater area of 30,000 square meters, and a performing arts stage of 4,000 square meters, which can accommodate 600 at the same time. The audience watched the performance. This product makes up for the shortcomings of cultural and creative products in Jiujiang. Since its premiere in July 2018, the performance has been praised and recognized by the audience in the past year, in order to let the audience have a deeper understanding of Wuning. In July 2019, it was revised and improved on the original basis, and I met the audience again on the anniversary.
The performing arts are divided into four acts: "Trace to the source of Wuning", "Taoyuan Wuning", "Rhythmic Wuning", and "Greater Wuning". The historical culture of Wuning is the soul, combined with Wuning drum song, grass dragon dance and other folk customs. A variety of high-tech forms of expression such as light, light, water mist, etc., fully demonstrate the long history and culture of Wuning from ancient times to the present and the development of the new era.
Shenwu Mountain Scenic Area travels more than 30 kilometers southwest of Yangzhou Township, Wuning County, Jiujiang City, Jiangxi Province, and you can reach the hinterland of Jiuling Mountain. Here, the peaks and ridges are overlapping greens, and there are flying springs. Among them, there is a main peak called Hengyan, with an elevation of 1704 meters. It is the highest peak in northern Jiangxi, and is known as the "Little Lu Mountain" called Shenwu Mountain. Shenwu Mountain Scenic Area is a natural combination of majesty, danger, strangeness and beauty. There are countless beautiful scenery along the way, the emerald green Zhuhai and the rugged rocks, looking from a distance as if you are looking at the middle of the picture. The Shenwu Mountain in spring is foggy and dreamlike as its name suggests. Summer is hot, but the Shenwu Mountain Scenic Area is cool and pleasant; in autumn, the sky is high and the air is refreshing, and the sweet osmanthus is fragrant; in winter, there is ice and snow, but not bitter cold. Coming to Shenwu Mountain can make people stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city, be with the bamboos and the sound of birds, forget the worldly troubles and let the soul fly.
